We're committed to making each product to the highest standard. We quality check all of our embroidery and print to ensure they will endure whatever you throw at them.
We always aim to have the fastest turnaround time so our customers don't have to wait for their customised clothing. Our average times for delivery are 7-10 days from when your artwork is approved by you.

Our turnaround time is around 7-10 Days from approval of the design
Delivery is free for any orders over £100, anything below is £8.95
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday - 9am - 1pm
Sunday - Closed
Yes of course, we're located in Durham but please contact us prior to arrival to make sure we have your order ready for collection.
If you have had embroidery previously then we may be able to use your design if you have it.
